SEN Schools

Inspire Sport Skills have had many years working with SEN schools within the South East area.

We encourage children and young people with disabilities to express themselves through sport activities, which is why we feel that it is vital to get to know you, the children and young people so we are able to provide a bespoke programme that will cater to the specific requirements and needs of your children making it a fun, comfortable and an inclusive programme.

SEN Playscheme

Inspire sport skills have been commissioned by the local Bexley Council to provide a playscheme for the pupils of Shenstone School.

Inspire Sport Skills have been working with the children of Shenstone Primary school now for 3 years, running their lunch time provision, in this time we have built a great relationship with staff and pupils, our aim along with Shenstone school is to provide a setting in half terms where the children will feel comfortable and safe and be able to interact with their peers that they are familiar with. A setting where parents can rely on to be running for all half terms and feel comforted knowing that their child/children are in a place that they are familiar with.

We provide activities such as sports games, dance, animal therapy, messy play, outside play, soft play with bouncy castle, Bubble workshops, sensory room and Swimming.

Working together with Shenstone school and the local disability team, our aim is to create a setting where children can be independent, safe, happy and excited for the half terms!

“Both my children came away extremely happy from their session. I believe the entire playscheme was amazing for them. I honestly could not fault anything, amazing scheme, familiar setting, friendly staff, fun activities.”

Sarah Lowe / Parent

“The playscheme was great for my child and our family. My son enjoys structure and having another disabled child I sometimes struggle to get them out much. The playscheme made February half term happier for all of us. Everything was great. Thank you to all who were involved.”
